Describes the proposal in terms of planning, financing, construction and management. Deals with USOM water supply projects in Thailand with reference to Emergency Water, Mekong River, Tank Irrigation, NE Thailand Water Supply, and Village Health and Sanitation projects. Mentions reasons for lack of national coordination. Attached is a description of the Ground Water Exploration Project begun in 1955. Discusses geological and ground water studies, well drilling and pump installation, noting assistance of Daniel, Mann, Johnson, and Mendenhall, under contract with the Royal Department of Mines.
