สาระสังเขป: Contains complete text of the Agreement concerning freedoms of air granted to all contracting states, stopping of airlines for non-traffic purposes, and right of a state to refuse permission for airline of another state to pick up and discharge passengers and cargo between points within its territory. Agreement covers route designation, airport service charges, revocation of certificates of air transport enterprises, examination of grievances, negotiation, and provisions for abrogation of previous agreements.
