สาระสังเขป: Presents the agreements between the Royal Thai Government (RTG) and WHO Concerning Malaria eradication project. Gives a plan of operation taking into consideration geographical features, climate, demography, communications, administrative and political divisions, socioeconomic features, educational status, population movement and rural housing. Presents an organizational chart of the Ministry of Public Health. Gives operational methodology. Discusses objectives and plans for geographical reconnaissance, collecting entomological information, spraying, surveillance, financial provision, evaluation and phasing of the project, and integration into general services. Describes the organizational basis of the program and commitments of WHO and RTG in personnel recruitment and training, supply and transport services, publications and reports, cost and claim responsibility, and administration. Refers to a separate USAID agreement.
