Entomological, hematological, and physiological survey findings are presented. Malaria treatment is outlined and criteria for 1959 anti-malaria operations are given. Chemicals used in house-spraying are eunumerated. Considers budgetary requirements and procedures, personnel and training requirements, and equipment and supplies. Presents possible explanations for increase in malaria incidence. Describes areas of operation, publicizing media, and research activities. Contains list of participants, and data on surveys, and protected population in all changwats.
