สาระสังเขป: Reports on work with the Ministry of Education regarding completion of a working draft of the secondary school study, Deals with the work done with the National Education Council (NEC): initiation of a proposal at Thammasat University to establish a Faculty of Administrative Science; preparation of a statement for the Prime Minister's Office regarding agencies responsible for higher education; and meetings with government officials in connection with higher education. Research activities are described: diffusion of education practices in Thailand; social structures and community interaction as seen in a town and village in NE Thailand; and analysis of self-study methods. Comments on President Hannah's visit, lists participants who left for the States, and discusses the mid-contract seminar.
